With four major educational qualifications to her name, the latest one being ‘Master of Public Administration’ which she obtained as joint masters from the University of Manitoba & University of Winnipeg, Cindy Emmanuel-McLean has spent a significant part of her career helping organizations strengthen their operations through the facilitation of their strategic planning and provision of guidance on enhancing their operational procedures and policies.
Cindy’s introduction to the world of citizenship by investment took place more than five years ago, when she was given the responsibility of setting up and running the new Citizenship by Investment Programme in Saint Lucia. As the first ever CEO of the Citizenship by Investment Unit, Cindy worked to establish the policies, procedures, and processes that to date govern citizenship by investment in Saint Lucia.
Today, Cindy specializes in helping high her clients successfully apply for citizenship of Saint Lucia. With more than five years’ experience and the successful completion of hundreds of citizenship applications, Cindy can work effectively with agents, promoters, and individuals to help make the dream of global citizenship a reality.
