Thaddeus M. Antoine is the Founder and Managing Partner at TM ANTOINE Partners. Prior to establishing the Firm, Thaddeus served as Managing Partner of the former Francis & Antoine firm for nearly 12 years. Thaddeus is an English-trained Barrister, having been called to the English Bar with Lincoln’s Inn in the year of 2000. Additionally, Thaddeus was also called to the Bar of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, Saint Lucia in that very same year.
Thaddeus holds a Master of Law (LL.M) in Corporate and Commercial Law with specializations in International Banking Law, International Trust Law, International Tax Law, Electronic Banking Law, and Intellectual Property Law from Kings College, University of London.
Thaddeus has had the privilege of serving as a Senator in the Senate of Saint Lucia and is currently the President of the OECS Bar Association. Additionally, he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
